Inauguration

For quite some time now, I was hesitant writing a blog about food because I didn’t have any training as a cook nor did I go to culinary school. But, at the urgings of friends, I’ve decided to start yet another blog about food.

How will my blog be different that the myriad of blogs out there about food? I don’t know yet, but one thing for certain is that it will be from my point of view. I’ll share some of the recipes that I know – That of course is a given. Yet, I will invite others to share with me and with my readers their recipes as well. I might or might not have tried some of the recipes that get posted. Some of them are ones that I’d like to try out in the future.

As of the present, I’ll keep this blog to writing about “food experiences” and not about a particular kind of food or a particular style of cooking food. This will be somewhat of a diary or a log of what I’ve eaten, what I want to eat or at least try, and what I would not like to eat. In the end, it’ll be about me and my palate. I already have a list of topics that I want to explore lined up.
